This unique service provides a complete vision of your home and garden. Combining a design philosophy of both architectural form and the grounds surrounding it.
This service provides a vision of your home both inside and out, specific to the constraints of the site and its location. The design continues into the garden, ensuring that the connection from inside to outside is not lost.
For us to quote your project please kindly fill in the below questionnaire. Please note: a 50% deposit will be required for us to book you in.
Process:
Once your project is booked in an initial meeting would be arranged closer to commencement of the design. Local projects around the Perth area are usually done in person, interstate and international projects are usually done via Zoom or similar platforms.
We would provide up to 3 Revisions of the floor plan proposal, this step would also include bathroom and kitchen layouts.
Once a floor plan concept is completed, the shell of the building is modelled up and presented to you. This would include roof concept, window and door placement and major structural placement within the home.
Once the shell of the home is finalized, we would start creating the finishes, this would include the following:
Kitchen and laundry Cabinetry layout and finishes
Bathroom layouts and finishes
Living area, bedroom and remaining room layouts
Lighting placement
Staircase design (if applicable)
During the design process of your home, design considerations of the landscaping and other external areas would begin, this would ensure that the connection between indoors and outdoors are not lost.
The last step in the design process is design and modelling of the landscaping. This package process typically takes between 2-3 weeks from commencement to completion depending on complexity of the project.

Detailed and scaled, fully rendered flythrough of all external landscaped areas as well as all internal areas.
2D layout of your home populated with dimensions and placement of cabinetry and furniture.
2D layout of your garden populated with dimensions and placement of elements.
A comprehensive moodboard focusing on all aspects of the design this would include but is not limited to: Internal and external house finishes (paint choices, cabinetry finishes, tapware etc)
Landscaping specifications such as materials, plant types and styling.
